Private Training Policy
Once you have paid the private training fee in full, your spot is reserved! Your trainer will then contact you to schedule your appointment (time, date, and location)
You can send an Email Money Transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org
You can pay by credit card or PayPal directly through the website.
You can pay cash or debit in-person before classes start.
When you book and pay for a session, we are saving a session slot just for you. All changes to appointments must be done with 48-hour notice. Missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a full session fee. If you need to reschedule your appointment, contact your trainer at least 48 hours and we will happily reschedule your appointment.
We are dedicated to maintaining quality and timely private training services. For that reason, cancellations with less than 48 hours notice from your appointment date will not be eligible for a refund. There is a $20 administration fee to process all refunds.
Special circumstances for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice:
REQUEST FOR REFUND: If your dog can no longer attend the session due to health reasons, a note from your vet will be required for a refund. Illnesses for dogs include injuries and contagious diseases. It does not include spay/neuter. The request for a refund must be done within five business days of the vet visit. After five business days, we will not honour the request. The amount refunded will be the unused portion minus the $20 administration fee
If you or a member of your household is experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms, you can cancel without penalty.
